The basic package works out to £13.71 inc VAT
(£11.44 ex VAT) per month.

There is an initial fee of £41.37 inc VAT(£34.48 ex VAT). This covers delivery, installation, commissioning, and testing of the equipment.

Alarm and a personal recipient or recipients numbers programmed in so they would receive any call made from the alarm unit or pendant. Gold package

£4.78 VAT inc.

per week

The gold package works out to £20.71 inc VAT
(£17.25 ex VAT) per month.

There is an initial fee of £62.26 inc VAT(£51.88 ex VAT). This covers delivery, Installation, commissioning, and testing of the equipment.

This package gives you 24/7 monitoring so that in the event of an emergency there will be trained staff there available to take your call and deal with it accordingly. Please note-If you don’t have any key holders nominated then it is strongly recommended that you purchase a key safe from us and we will fit it when we come to install the alarm. Note: some of our customers a qualify for VAT relief meaning they would have to pay the ex VAT price. The price per additional piece of Telecare equipment is £1.20 inc VAT per item per week. This works out at an extra £5.20 inc VAT per month per additional item of Telecare.
