The units themselves are stylish and wouldn’t look out of place in any modern home or dwelling. They are typically installed on a table or stand in close proximity to an electrical socket and BT socket. They come in both black and white for total customer satisfaction.

How it works:

  1. If you feel unwell, have had a fall or you have any other issues then simply press the button on the pendent which is typically worn around the neck or wrist.
  2. The alarm unit which will be connected to your phone line will then dial a pre-programmed number. This could be a friend, family member etc if you have opted for the basic package or trained staff at the 24/7 Alarm receiving centre if you’ve opted for the gold package.
  3. Once the recipient accepts the call, then 2 way speech is established between you and the recipient via the inbuilt loudspeaker in the alarm unit.
  4. They can then assess the situation and make provisions to assist you should you require it.
